HEMC's Pre-Pay option gives you the power!
Members who choose this option can pay at any interval they want: daily, weekly or monthly.
Participants are only required to keep a positive balance on their account to keep their electricity on.
Participating members can call or go online to see their daily use, which helps them be more aware of their energy consumption and can be a helpful tool in their conservation efforts.
The member is alerted with a text message and/or email when their balance reaches a predetermined limit, which can be set by the member.
